Amy Winkelbauer - Celebrating 25 Years with Embers!

ESCANABA, MICHIGAN - Embers Credit Union is excited to celebrate Amy Winkelbauer, Member Experience Specialist's 25th "Emberversary!"

Amy started her credit union journey back in 1998 as a part-time teller and, soon after that, was promoted to a full-time teller. Having a natural knack for interacting + helping members reach solutions along their financial journey, Amy was promoted to loan clerk in 2005. In this role, she continued to be a go-to person for members + other team members, making her new title, "Member Experience Specialist," an extremely fitting title.

Amy commented, "Over the last 25 years, I've made so many memories I will never forget; some sad, some happy, and some hilarious. My experience working at the credit union has been rewarding and sometimes challenging. Both experiences have made me a better person inside and out! I have made many long-lasting and new relationships that I will always cherish. Helping our Embers Members and interacting with my fellow team members are two things I love and look forward to each day. I'm excited to continue my journey here at Embers! "

Amy is truly a staple in our Escanaba Office! She is kind + helpful to every member she interacts with and keeps us on our toes, as she can be quite the prankster, LOL!
